Cancellation Policy
I charge a 60% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Same day cancellations result in 100% of the service fee charged. If you need to cancel for any reason please notify me as soon as possible.
Grace periods of 5 minutes is allowed; anything over that time will need to be rescheduled and 100% of the service fee will be taken.
